How do I Apply to a Casting Notice?
Each opportunity will have a set of directions on how to apply.
1.Either by mailing in your headshot and your resumé to the casting director. Do NOT go personally to the address without first scheduling an appointment.
- E-mailing your headshot and resumé to the casting director personally. It would be in your best interest not to spam them with your information, as this will most likely have your information trashed.
- Or, attending an open call audition. Here you will meet the casting director personally, so be prepared to present a monologue, a headshot, resume, and a positive attitude!
What Should my Resume or Headshot Look Like?
In order to apply for a majority of the casting calls and notices you will need a resumé and a headshot.
Headshot
Be prepared to send a headshot to the casting director. Although it is beneficial to have a professional headshot, it is also possible to just take some pictures at home and have the photos printed on photo paper. If you are first starting it is not imperative to have an expensive

Your resume should resemble this format but include your own personal information
