MTV ‘Faking It’ Casting Call for hipsters in Los Angeles, California.

MTV’s ‘Faking It’ is now casting actors, models, and talent in Los Angeles.

Faking It is comedy about two best friends, Karma (Katie Stevens) and Amy (Rita Volk), who love each other in different ways. After numerous failed attempts to become popular, the girls are mistakenly outed as lesbians, which make them instantly popular. After becoming popular they decide to keep up their romantic ruse.

MTV is looking for hipsters in their late 20’s to mid 30’s for scenes filming in Los Angeles, California. Filming will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 16th and 17th in LA.

NON UNION CASTING NOTICE FOR HIPSTERS Age late 20’s to mid 30’s- ESPECIALLY GUYS WITH FACIAL HAIR AND WOMEN WITH COOL HAIRSTYLES-Shoots on “Faking It” on Tuesday & Wednesday, September 16 & 17th in Los Angeles. You CANNOT have worked “Faking” in the last 3 months. You must live in the So Cal area to work this show. 

HIPSTERS: Men and women, age late 20’s to mid 30’s. We need lots of guys with beards, or long haired guys who are on the hippie side. Girls need to be funky and cool. Think types who go to The Ace Hotel in Downtown LA. Even people on the grunge side are good. You need to have great vintage clothing and/or cool hipster clothes.
