Patty Jenkins‘ new TV series One Day She’ll Darken is now casting in Oahu, Hawaii.

Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming between March 6th through March 16th  in Oahu, Hawaii.

Producers are seeking the following types:

  • Seeking actors able to portray:
    · Adults under 5 ft. for two stand-in roles (standing in for children)
    · Caucasian brunette female to be a stand-in, must be 5’8”
    · Hawaiians who are comfortable driving 1965 classic cars for background performer roles
    · Hawaiian child to portray a local farmer’s son.
    · Hispanic or Latinos who are comfortable driving 1965 classic cars for background performer roles
    · Beach goers and tourists for background performer roles

About One Day She’ll Darken:

The Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins and male leading actor Chris Pine are teaming up for One Day She’ll Darken, a six-episode limited drama, which has received a straight-to-series order at TNT.

One Day She’ll Darken tells the story of Fauna Hodel, who was given away by her teenage birth mother to a black restroom attendant in a Nevada casino in 1949. As Fauna begins to investigate the secrets to her past, she follows a sinister trail that swirls ever closer to an infamous Hollywood gynecologist, Dr. George Hodel, a man involved in the darkest Hollywood debauchery and a suspect in the infamous “Black Dahlia” murder of Elizabeth Short in Los Angeles in 1947.
