Troupe Zero starring Viola Davis is now casting kids, cars, musicians and performers in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming this May 2018 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- KIDS: Currently casting kids (8-12 y/o, all ethnicities) to portray elementary school students. **MUST have a state-issued photo ID, US passport or school id w/ photo in addition to social security card and birth certificate**
- CARS: Currently casting people with Pre-1976 cars in good condition! **TBD additional car car bump**
- MUSICIANS: Currently casting musicians to mime instrument playing! Fiddles, Harmonicas, and Guitars are great!
- PERFORMANCE: Currently casting girls’ groups (8-12 y/o, all ethnicities) with cool or quirky talents (baton twirling, tumbling, dance, etc). Video submissions are a plus!
About Troupe Zero:
No plot details have been released. Todd Black, who produced Fences, the film which earned Viola Davis the Best Supporting Actress Oscar, is producing Troupe Zero for Amazon. “TROUPE ZERO” starring Viola Davis, Allison Janney, Jim Gaffigan, and McKenna Grace!

** $94/10 hour BACKGROUND RATE**
We are proud to announce that we will be casting the feature, Troupe Zero, beginning May 22nd! This fun, film centers around a group of delightful misfits!
Troupe Zero will be filming in several locations in Louisiana, primarily on the North Shore (Pontchtoula, Madisonville, Lutcher, LaPlace, and the West Bank). We will be looking for KIDS (8-12 y/o), Pre-1976 cars in good condition, Girls’ performance groups, and Musicians!

This project is set in the 1970s! NO modern looks: unnatural hair color, modern haircuts/styles, modern piercings, and visible tattoos (on hands, face, and neck) will NOT be considered!
These background roles will be PICTURE-PICKED by the directors!!

REMINDER: This project is primarily filming outside of the Greater New Orleans area. Now’s a great time to work out carpool arrangement with your peers if you would like to work, but do not have reliable transportation!
You MUST BE registered with Central Casting to be booked on this project!
