Allergan pharmaceutical company is now casting talent for commercial filming in Los Angeles, California.

Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming in Los Angeles, California.

Producers are seeking the following types:

• · Men (33 – 55 years old) – All Ethnicities
• · Women (21 – 55 years old) – All Ethnicities
• o Not recently treated with any facial injectables:
• o No BOTOX Cosmetic in the past 3 months
• o No Facial Fillers (JUVEDERM) in the past two years
• o All talent must be legally 21+ years old

NEEDED:
· Men (33 – 55 years old) – All Ethnicities
· Women (21 – 55 years old) – All Ethnicities
o Not recently treated with any facial injectables:
o No BOTOX Cosmetic in the past 3 months
o No Facial Fillers (JUVEDERM) in the past two years
o All talent must be legally 21+ years old

Treatments:
All models must be willing to be treated with the following:
• Botox Cosmetic (for lines between the brow, crow’s feet lines and frown lines, forehead lines)
• JUVEDERM Collection of Fillers
• JUVEDERM VOLUMA XC (cheek area)
• JUVEDERM VOLBELLA XC (lips)
• JUVEDERM VOLLURE XC (NLF area/parenthesis area)
• JUVEDERM Ultra Plus XC (NLF area/parenthesis area)
• JUVEDERM Ultra XC (NLF area/parenthesis area/lips)
• Latisse (inadequate or not enough eyelashes)
• SkinMedica skin care line
• CoolSculpting

INFORMATION ABOUT THE CASTING AND SHOOT:
RATE:
$2,000 per day (inc shoot & usage)
o Rate includes 5 year usage
o Pre-negotiated usage renewal rate for an additional 5 years at the rate of $2000 + 20%
o $250 per doctor appointment

If talent should need to travel to Northern California for CoolSculpting, clients will provide travel expenses per the below:
o All travel and accommodations will be booked by an Allergan representative
o Uber/Lyft transportation will be reimbursed with receipts
o Meals will be reimbursed with receipts

USAGE:
5 years (includes 1 year of exclusivity in category):
• Web/Internet
• Social media
• In-office
• Trade shows
• Trade publications
• Trade educational materials
• Right to use name and age with all images

Potential Shoot Schedule:
• Before shoot: 7/18
• Treatment schedules TBD
• After shoot: 10/17
