Nickelodeon’s new TV show, ‘Soccer Superstar’ is looking for talented soccer players!
From the family behind So You Think You Can Dance comes a new reality tv show searching for the next female SOCCER SUPERSTAR. The winner of this ultimate competition wins the opportunity to showcase their skills on national television, be sen by colleges across America and visit a premiership soccer club in Europe.
The Football Superstar format has been produced in many countries across the Globe. NickSports has brought it to America. Hundreds of young girls aged 15-18 will be given trials across the country but only 15 are invited to attend a two week soccer intensive course in Southern California. At this course, all NCAA head coaches will be alerted and invited to assess every competitor in the competition.
The majority of filming will take place in Spring Break but one or two girls may miss a few days of schooling. We have teachers within the course so that school work will also take place.
