Josh Brolin’s ‘The Legacy of a Whitetail Deer Hunter’ Principal Role Casting Call in Atlanta, Georgia.
Josh Brolin and Danny McBride are set to star in The Legacy Of A Whitetail Deer Hunter, a movie project from Scott Rudin Productions and Rough House. While the plot is under wraps and details are few on the deal, but Jody Hill is directing a script he co-wrote with McBride and John Carcieri. Shooting is set for the fall.
Casting directors are now looking for kid and teen actors to work on the new feature film to play the role of Jaden. “He is confident & considers himself to be pretty cool, but there is definitely an awkward 6th grade boy quality that is hard to miss. Although he is supposed to be bonding w/his father on a hunting trip, Jaden wants to do anything but.”

PRINCIPAL CASTING SEARCH (“JADEN” LEAD ROLE) – DeLisi Creative CASTING 11-14 year old BOY to be the lead of feature film “The Legacy of a Whitetail Deer Hunter” (google the film – it’s all over the trades!). JADEN is someone who ranges from heavy to not quite fit, but should have a “schlubby” feel. He is confident & considers himself to be pretty cool, but there is definitely an awkward 6th grade boy quality that is hard to miss. Although he is supposed to be bonding w/his father on a hunting trip, Jaden wants to do anything but.
