Netflix’s House of Cards season 5 is now casting lawyers, photographers, marines, stenographers and even babies in Washington, D.C.
Netflix’s hit TV series House of Cards is now casting dozens of background actors for multiple roles in Baltimore, Maryland. Casting directors are looking for extras to work on scenes filming between mid-January and mid-February. Producers are seeking the following roles:

- SYRIAN BABIES AGE 1-2
- REAL STENOGRAPHERS – MALES & FEMALES 18+
- LAWYERS – FRESH FACED MALES & FEMALES 20s+

- DC POWER TYPES – MALES & FEMALES 30+
About House of Cards:
House of Cards centers around the ruthless politician Francis Underwood and his wife and partner-in-crime Claire. The show has been based in Baltimore since the first episode, largely doubling for the city of Washington, DC. Maryland offers filming incentives for both film and TV shows, with TV producers able to access a tax credit of up to 27%.

A Syrian refugee baby. This baby will be held in someone’s arms/hands on set—they must be comfortable around large groups & new people.
