HBO’s ‘Looking’ centers on the experiences of three close friends living and loving in modern-day San Francisco.
Beau Bonneau Casting is looking for actors, models and talent to work on the hit HBO TV series, ‘Looking’. Filming will take place in San Francisco, California starting September through November.
In addition for background extras, casting directors are seeking men and women to play Hipsters, Techies, LGBT Community, Bar Goers, etc. Producers are also looking for men and women to rugy players, fans, and bar goers in San Francisco.

HBO’s ‘Looking’ Season 2 Casting Call
We are casting Bay Area local Extras 18yrs & over for LOOKING, an HBO dramedy revolving around the lives of 3 gay friends living in San Francisco. They are shooting 9/2-11/20 on a Tues–Sat schedule to start. There is a constant need for Men & Women in their 20s-30s to portray Hipsters, Techies, LGBT Community, Bar Goers, etc., and Hispanic Adults 18 & over for Mission neighborhood scenes. Friends & Real Couples encouraged. We are still seeking general avail submissions even if role type not listed below. WE ARE
IMMEDIATELY SEEKING THE FOLLOWING TYPES:
* Rugby Players Tues 9/23 – Seeking Real Rugby Experienced Men or guys 20s-40s with similar athletic skills that fit a L, XL, 2XL or 3XL Jersey to portray LGBT Rugby League Players on the field during a game at a park in SF. Hoping you have your own Rugby or Soccer Cleats, but cleats will be provided if needed, along with Jersey. Long shoot day expected, 12-14 hrs, No Joke! Rugby players get a Special Ability Rate of $167 for 8hrs plus overtime. Approx time frame is 5AM/6AM – 7PM/8PM. Note RUGBY 9/23 in subject line.
* Rugby Match Spectators Tues 9/23 – mostly 20s-40s at LGBT Rugby League game to portray cheering friends & family at a park in SF. Long shoot day expected, 12-14 hrs, No Joke! Approx time frame is 5AM/6AM – 7PM/8PM. Note Spectator 9/23 in subject line.
* Transgender Teens at Youth Center 9/25 – minimum 18 yrs to mid 20s, a plus if you look younger than your age. Small scene with cast members, will portray teens at a youth center support group. Likely less than 8hr shoot in SF due to later scenes starting approx 7AM or 8AM into afternoon. Note Teens 9/25 in subject line
* Latino Bar Goers Thurs 9/25 (approx 10AM/11AM-10PM/11PM) – Last night open for an iconic SF Latin Gay Bay. Mostly Men 21– early 50s (emphasis on Latin/Latin appearing), Lesbians, Transgender Men &Women 20-40s. Friends & Couples encouraged. Men must be comfortable dancing with other men, some may be shirtless. * Smoke machine may be used indoors. Note Latin Bar 9/25 in subject line.
Hours/Rates: Shoots typically last 12hrs starting early, i.e. 6AM., but exact start time is unknown until evening before. Non Union extras are paid SF Min Wage ($10.74/hr) with a minimum payment of $85.92 for 8hrs or less, plus overtime at time & ½ half & double time after 12 hrs. Union members get scale. Addtnl $37.50 if cast with Car, $12 for bikes. Parking is provided, as is lunch unless working a short day, with free snacks/beverages avail throughout.
